"On Thursday, April 4th, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, there is a Community Parent Forum ~ Empowering your Kids to Feel Safe at the Midtown Student Center Theater (181 White Street, Danbury) on the Midtown Campus of Western Connecticut State University. Co-sponsored by the Governor's Prevention Partnership and local business, Praxair, this forum is designed to discuss and share resources and tools available to parents and other caring adults, enabling them to not only ensure that children feel safe, protected, and supported but to encourage youth to show respect for themselves and others.
