"A recent story about teenage drinking in Staunton and Waynesboro should set off alarms and be a call to action for our communities to guard our teens against alcohol abuse.  That 70 percent of 11th graders in Staunton and Waynesboro say they have tried alcohol should be enough of a wake-up call.
