DRUG-USE PREVENTION: Clinton, Chester, Essex, Deep River get $250,000 federal grant

  1. Some areas are experiencing great epidemics of addictions to heroin and opiate-related drug use brought on by the misuse of prescription drugs. Efforts to raise awareness and reduce substance abuse in communities should be applauded.
